Refund policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order; however, we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make the return as painless as possible. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products purchased outside of our 30-day return window. Return requests outside of this extended return window will not be accepted. Please also note that we are unable to accept exchanges of products at this time. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer website credit for gift returns. All gift returns will be credited to the credit card of the gift purchaser upon receipt of the return. If your purchase was made with an Anastasia Beverly Hills Gift Card, your refund will be issued to the Gift Card used at the time of purchase. 

We have a 100% shade match guarantee. If you don’t love your shade, please reach out to our customer service team. Please note, while we cannot accept exchanges our customer service team is ready to assist you with a return of unopened to mildly used products, plus, information on how to find your perfect shade match.

If a BOGO – “Buy One, Get One” free item is returned, both the free item and purchased item included in the offer must be returned. If only one item is returned, a refund will not be issued. A full refund will only be issued if both items are returned. If you received a free gift with purchase and would like to return your order, the free gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned with your order, a refund will not be issued for the items returned. Once the order is returned in full including the free gift with purchase, a full refund will be issued.

You will receive a refund for only the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items. Please include a copy of the original order confirmation in the package. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of the notification email sent to you, acknowledging your return and refund has been processed.

Only items purchased on Anastasiabeverlyhills.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Items purchased on Anastasiabeverlyhills.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Anastasia Beverly Hills, LLC Cosmetics.

EU/AU Return Policy

Orders shipped to the EU and AU can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a fee of $10.00 USD.  You will receive a refund for only the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of the notification email sent to you, acknowledging your return has been processed. Please initiate your here.

All Other Countries

Orders shipped outside of the US, EU and AU, can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. When shipping on your own, carrier rates are determined by the carrier and location. Please make sure to keep your tracking number to track the progress of your return.  Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items. You will receive a refund only for the item(s) returned. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of the delivery date once your return has been processed.
